Mutation occur in gene.we can define mutation in several way but the easy way of mutation definition is change of gene.we can say that any change on any site of gene is known as mutation.

Mutation lead to many change function of gene like if gene change than protein production change and function of gene also change.

Types of mutation

Some change in gene have no affect on function of gene is called sense mutation.

If mutation affect on function is called non sense mutation.
